PRE-ORDERING WINDOW- The Mountain Movers Merch Store will be open through August 30th. All pre-orders are received during this period. Decoration for all orders happens after the pre-ordering window closes and once all garments are received in our print shop.
BLANK GARMENTS - We do not keep inventory. Blank garments for each order are purchased though third party out-of-state vendors for decoration. If the style/size you ordered is out of stock from those vendors, we will try to find a replacement of the same quality (colors and sizing will vary slightly from brand to brand). If no replacements can be found, your order will be refunded.
PRODUCTION - All blank garments proceed to be decorated once they arrive into our print shop. It might take up to 2 weeks before all items are received and production takes up to 14 business days after we receive all garments.
DELIVERY - All orders will be delivered at Mountain Movers.
All orders placed through August 30th. Blank garments are ordered from our suppliers after the ordering window closes. Production will take up to 3 weeks after all blanks arrive at our shop. Orders then will be individually packed and delivered.

Since every order is custom printed or embroidered, we cannot accept returns on printed/decorated products. If for some reason the garment was flawed, send us an email with specific details.

We will try our best to work with you regarding exchanges. Since every order is custom printed, we do not keep inventory. If the wrong size was ordered, please contact us with details and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Only unworn items will be considered for exchanges but we cannot guarantee an exchange.

We print on a variety of apparel blanks. 100% cotton t-shirts will always shrink especially if they are heat dried. Some polyester/cotton blends will also shrink if heat dried. We recommend hang drying all of our printed apparel. Care instructions are found on every apparel product as well. If in doubt, please size up.
Each product page indicates the apparel brand that will be used for that particular product. In the event that any of the indicated brands are out of stock with our garment suppliers, we will use a comparable item of the same quality. Colors might vary slightly.
We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of products shown on this website. Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the color you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. When placing your order, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color.
Mockups are provided for viewing purposes only and do not fully represent what the decorated apparel will exactly look like across multiple styles and sizes. We do our best to make sure the mockups and images represent the final product, however small variations in color can and will occur, especilly if different decoration methods are used (screen printing, embroidery, etc.) Garment images are provided by manufacturers and are as accurate as possible and might look different in person.
